Online auditions for Dance India Dance

DID 3 auditions are just a ‘click’ of a mouse away! For all the tech savvy people, Dance India Dance Season 3 has devised a new way to make life easy! For the very first time, a dance enthusiast can escape the long queues and audition online!

A participant can record his/her dance moves on any form of video format and upload it on the micro site www.danceindiadance.zeetv.com and get a chance to jump the queue and perform in front of the judges. With 2 easy steps one can upload videos of their performance, share it online with anybody and everybody under the sun. The top 3 performers who get maximum ‘likes’ will get a chance to perform directly in front of the three mentors – Remo, Terence and Geeta, at the Mumbai Mega Auditions.

It’s a first of its kind initiative taken up by DID to allow contestants to submit videos of their performance on their micro site giving aspiring dancers residing in remote parts of the country a fair chance to participate in the auditions. This site will also provide all the details (Dates, Venue, latest updates, and news stories) regarding the auditions.

 So don’t get upset if you missed your chance to participate in the city auditions or could not make it to the nearest audition venue. Simply  get  your video recorded  and click the  computer mouse. Says who that life does not give a second chance? Just log on, share and prove that you were “BORN TO DANCE.”

 

Ekta Kapoor seeks divine help

Ekta Kapoor and the Balaji team are leaving no stone un-turned in making sure that "The Dirty Picture" strikes gold at the box office.

It is a known fact that Ekta visits the holy Tirupati shrine (near Chennai) before a new serial or film is about to launch. This time she will be visiting not one but four temples in different parts of the country to seek the blessings of the Almighty.

Ekta will be visiting the temples between November 15 and 28 whilst promoting the film intermittently. 

She will first head to the Ajmer Sharief dargah, followed by the Kamakhya Devi temple in Guwahati. As Kolkata is close by, she will visit the Kali Ghat temple there, and just before the release, Tirupati Balaji.

Bigg Boss 5-Mahek seeks revenge from Sky

The day starts with Siddharth swimming in the pool early in the morning and Mahek passes by. An upset Mahek points a finger at Siddharth & tells him that for now he can get away with wearing bangles and stay out of the situation but she will soon get back to him and teach him a lesson as well. Siddharth tells her to bring it on and accuses her of being very unreasonable. 

 The day has yet another fight with Siddharth bursting out at Vida as she had accused him of being immature. Vida had told him to stay away from her the previous night when Mahek was very emotional about her outburst with Sky. A stubborn Siddharth still went ahead and brought the topic of Vida accusing him of eating too much ‘dal’. Vida shooed him away from the scene by telling him that her friend’s emotions are more important rather than his stupid childish behavior.

Sky explains to Shonali that she needs to stop mediating as that lands her in trouble without her noticing. In sometime, an agitated Mahek lashes out at Sky for the embarrassment that he had caused her last night. She is extremely furious and abuses and accuses him of being totally inhuman. She is very aggressive and warns him by saying that she will stay and ensure that she teaches him a lesson for his misbehavior. Sky fights back and accuses her further and calls her a dustbin and walks off the situation. 

After all the trauma, torture & chaos the housemates are left in a very vulnerable state. Shonali the ex captain of the house is found extremely confused & spaced out. She sits on the dining table with Sky, Mandeep etc and bursts into tears as she is absolutely clueless about what is happening in the house and doubts everybody’s intentions. A while later, Sky and Siddharth are sitting in the verandah and discussing the post effects of the fight. Sky expresses that he hates Lakshmi Tripathi.  

Sky tells Siddharth that Lakshmi is purely a two faced woman and she just pretends to be fair all the time to gain everyone’s attention. She is actually a diplomatic person who contradicts herself by bitching about others all the time & supporting her friends even when they are wrong. Also, he accuses Amar of being a sissy and staying out of the entire scene. Looks like the men in the house are no lesser in gossiping amongst themselves!

Sky makes Mahek cry

The day started with the Bigg Boss assigning Pooja Misrra the task of selecting two people out of which the captain of the house will be elected. Pooja Misrra asked the housemates for their views for this because she believed that being the captain of the house was not an easy task. After much deliberation, Pooja names the two people out of whom the captain for the coming week will be elected.

As the day progressed, it became evident that it was not going to be a normal day. In the evening, an argument broke out between Shraddha and Sky. When Sky asked Shraddha who she would elect as the captain for the coming week, Shraddha told him that her decision was only for Bigg Boss to know. This cheeky response irritated Sky because he felt he had asked a very simple question and he started to pull Shraddha’s leg over it. Shraddha, however, ignored his words and said that she was suffering from a stomach ache and did not want to talk about the captaincy nominations. Shraddha shared the situation with her fellow housemates and how she did not appreciate Sky’s behaviour towards her. The housemates were extremely impressed by Shraddha’s maturity and the way she handled the situation without losing her cool. Post his argument with Shraddha, Sky approached Amar with the same question and when even Amar did not show any interest in disclosing his choice or continuing the conversation, Sky initiated another agreement with him.

Near dinner-time, a huge misunderstanding took place which added to the troubled atmosphere prevalent inside the Bigg Boss 5 House. Mahek was talking about Sky’s personality to the housemates, which he happened to overhear. While initially he tried to confront Mahek about what she was saying, when she did not show much interest in talking to him, the fight took a turn for the worse. An enraged Sky started pulling out the skeletons in Mahek’s closet and started provoking her to fight with him. Mahek lost her cool and lashed out at him. However, after a while, Mahek broke down and everyone helped her to her bedroom where she continued to cry. Realizing his folly, Sky apologized to Mahek and tried to get her to see reason in his words, but Mahek was in no mood to listen.

As if the huge fight between Sky and Mahek was not enough, another misunderstanding took place between Sidharth and Vida which left the housemates wondering whether fights would be the order of the day going forward.

Unique audio launch for The Dirty Picture

The official audio launch of The Dirty Picture, the keenly awaited movie will be the first free-for-all public event. The film's makers have invited the public at large to attend the event with friends and family to kick off a 'dirty' weekend!

To be held on Friday, 4th November from 6pm at The Inorbit Mall (Malad), the dazzling show will recreate the colorful 80's era and feature live performances by the film's stars and singers.

Bappi Lahiri and Shreya Ghoshal will render the chart-busting Ooh La La while Kamal Khan will croon the romantic Ishq Sufiyana. The film's star cast will be performing to these hits for a live audience.

Vidya Balan gets dirty for KBC

They were last seen together in "Paa". Now they are re-uniting on the small screen, even if it's just for a bit.

Yesterday, Vidya Balan shot at Film City with the Big B for "Kaun Banega Crorepati".

Dressed in a sexy blood-red sari on the lines of what Dimple Kapadia had worn in "Sagar", Vidya had a whale of a time getting quizzed by the legend and promoting her keenly awaited "The Dirty Picture", which releases worldwide on December 2.

The fun-filled episode (apparently to be telecast on November 10 on Sony TV) will also see Vidya and the Big B moving to the sensational "Ooh La La" track, which has taken the nation by storm.

Bigg Boss 5- Juhi Parmar gives Vida a shoulder to cry on

The day starts on a slightly happy note for a change as Amar & Lakshmi patch up after their fight the previous night. The duo had fought mainly because both were blaming each other for playing a double game. After a while, Mahek is seen washing the dishes with Sky by her side. The topic of conversation was Shonali and Mahek was busy explaining to Sky as to how slyly Shonali has been trying to e in every single housemate’s good books. She also pointed out how she went to the extent of faking a cry with Pooja Misra to gain her sympathy & trust.

Sometime later, Juhi & Vida are spending sometime on her bed. An emotionally drained Vida breaks down completely as Juhi sits by and consoles her. Vida expressed as to how much she misses her family & that the house’s atmosphere is getting to her. An understanding Juhi hugs her and manages to calm her down. On the other side, Mandeep & Amar gang up & start bitching about Shonali & Pooja Bedi. Both start finding faults in them & come to an agreement that they will maintain safe distance from them in order to avoid fights & controversies.

Then, Bigg Boss calls Sky to the confession room & hands him over a letter. Sky comes to the living area & reads out the letter to the rest of the housemates. The letter basically explains the weekly task which has been assigned to the housemates. The task is pretty demanding in terms of physical endurance. Shraddha & Pooja Misra are seen cooking lunch in the kitchen. Shradhha takes the opportunity of being alone & starts bitching about Juhi to Pooja Misra. She begins to explain to Pooja that Juhi is the main threat for her & that she should be careful whenever she is around. She instigates Pooja by giving her some examples of Juhi’s double game.

Siddharth & Akash the new best buddies of the house are seen together in the activity area. The duo is involved in bitching about Amar. The young & single guys are seen picking on their married counterpart. They are going on about how desperate Amar is acting to win the show, and how badly he is screwing up in the process. They feel he is being like one of the girls. Sky also warns Shraddha & asks he to stay away from Amar since he is very dangerous.

In a while, Shraddha walks up to Amar and instigates Amar by saying that Sky is stealing away all the glory from him & he is becoming the popular one amongst the housemates.
